School Advocacy
Little Spurs Autism Centers provides school advocacy support to help families navigate the ARD/IEP process. An ARD (Admission, Review, Dismissal)/IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meeting brings together school personnel, teachers, and caregivers to determine a student’s eligibility for special education services and develop a plan tailored to their individual needs. Our team guides parents through every step, from reviewing progress and setting goals to understanding the procedures and language used during the meeting. We offer private pay support for families who are not currently enrolled in therapy, as well as integrated advocacy support for our existing autism therapy clients. Our goal is to ensure families feel confident, informed, and fully prepared so the ARD/IEP meeting is productive and focused on the student’s success.
Not sure if we can help? Our autism center offers a free consultation to discuss your family’s needs and see if we are a good fit.
