Hillary Youngman is the Regional Director of Operations at Little Spurs Autism Centers, where she plays a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, exceptional care for children, and a supportive workplace for the team. With a strong background in healthcare operations, Hillary is dedicated to creating an environment where children with autism receive the highest quality ABA therapy in a fun, engaging, and compassionate setting.
Armed with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Hillary combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to enhance efficiency and improve patient experiences. She thrives on problem-solving, process optimization, and helping her team grow to better serve families in the San Antonio community.
Outside of work, Hillary enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and traveling with her family.
