Victoria Castillo, PhD, BCBA-D, is a Doctoral Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) with more than 10 years of experience supporting autistic individuals and their families across home, school, clinic, and community settings. She currently serves as the Clinical Director of In-Home Services at Little Spurs Autism Centers, where she leads the development and expansion of high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA services for families receiving care in their homes.
Dr. Castillo earned her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Van Loan School at Endicott College, where her doctoral research examined the effects of empathy training on racial bias. She also holds a Master of Science in Behavioral Psychology from Pepperdine University, where she completed her master’s thesis on teaching autistic individuals to solve social problems under the mentorship of Dr. Adel Najdowski, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Methodist University.
Throughout her career, Dr. Castillo has served in direct clinical, supervisory, quality assurance, insurance, and organizational leadership roles. Her diverse experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of delivering high-quality ABA services across multiple systems of care. She is especially passionate about developing clinicians, strengthening clinical systems, and ensuring that families receive ethical, individualized, and compassionate services that promote meaningful outcomes.
In addition to her clinical leadership, Dr. Castillo serves as an adjunct professor in the graduate Applied Behavior Analysis programs at Pepperdine University and Endicott College, where she enjoys mentoring the next generation of behavior analysts. She is committed to advancing the field through education, research, and dissemination of behavior science, and has authored peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, presented at national and international conferences, and served as a guest reviewer for several peer-reviewed journals.
