Marina Diaz, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Marina Diaz is a San Antonio native with a passion for supporting individuals with autism. Marina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Learning Disorders from Our Lady of the Lake University before stepping into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2017. Marina continued her education at Ball State University, where she obtained her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism in 2019. Now a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Marina serves as the Clinical Director at our Leon Springs location. In this role, she oversees the development of personalized ABA therapy programs designed to help autistic individuals and those with other diagnoses grow, learn, and thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and her two beloved fur babies.
